Mountain Springs Homeschool Family Christmas Potluck with Children's Performances and Creative Displays

and canned goods for the High Plains Helping Hands Food Pantry

Tuesday, 12/6 - Mountain Springs Church

Children's Wing - Victory Speedway Room

5:15 p.m. - Welcome, set up and view children's creative displays

5:45 p.m. - Dinner

6:30 p.m. - Children's performances start

8:30 p.m. - Closing

Children's Performances - limited to a total of 30 – 35 acts.

Performances by children ages 7 to 12 - timed pieces under 2 minutes,

ages 13 to 18 timed pieces under 4 minutes.

Multi-person performances are allowed, but must be under the time limits

according to the oldest child's age.

Children's visual displays - please state display space needed when making RSVP.

Finger Food Potluck details: Each family is requested to bring a dish to share consisting of 50 servings.

• Families whose last names begin with A - M are requested to bring a savory appetizer/finger food such as: cheese/meat tray, veggies and dip, tortilla pinwheels, chicken wings, finger sandwiches, deviled eggs, cheese fondue, meatballs, pizza bites, etc.

• Families whose last names begin with N - Z are requested to bring a fruit appetizer or sweet such as: any dessert, Christmas goodies, fresh fruit, fruit salad, etc.

Due to the current number of persons planning to attend, please plan your dish to have 50 servings.

Sound booth assistance needed: If you would be willing to run the sound booth for the evening, please contact Kristin Goodrich at mahe-goodrich@earthlink.net or 380-1094.

Table Decorating: Would you like to provide a Christmas table centerpiece for others to enjoy? Contact Anita at cokesonline@integrity.com or 618-972-1070 to provide a centerpiece/Christmas decorations.
