In Deuteronomy 30:19, Moses encouraged the Israelites to ponder and choose – life or death. They had overcome the desert, walked through testings and trials, and witnessed many miracles. Yet, Moses challenged them to reconsider where their priorities were and what they were going to be about in the future. Not only for themselves, but for the generations to come were they to make this choice - “Now choose life, so that you and your children may live...” (Deuteronomy 30:19). As summertime is upon us, we have the opportunity to take time to ponder what we're choosing daily – life or death. Life or death with our words, life or death with our time, life or death with our plans, life or death with our thoughts, life or death with our expressions and most of all life or death with our hearts. As Moses challenged, so I want to encourage you to CHOOSE LIFE today!
